All you need to know before the FIRST lesson

Bring your stationery set, a calculator, textbook and workbook (if any). I would like to suggest that you bring along an A4 exercise book for taking down notes and doing practice questions.

While I try my best to accommodate any request for a change in lesson schedule, I hope you will understand that it is sometimes tricky and tough to accede to such a request because it affects not only my schedule but my other students' schedules as well. So please refrain from changing the day and timing once the lesson schedule is confirmed unless there is a valid reason such as illness, clash with last-minute school event (e.g., remedial lesson, make-up lesson) unforeseen circumstances (e.g., death of immediate family members). It is the responsibility of the student and/or parents to inform me at least one day before if the student is unable to attend the lesson. Same-day request for rescheduling of lesson will be considered as you forfeiting the lesson.

If a student is absent for a valid reason, the student must arrange a make-up lesson within ONE (1) week of the missed lesson, In the event that a physical lesson is not possible, the student may have to do an online make-up lesson. As much as I try my best to accommodate to your request for a make-up lesson, I like the students and/or parents to take note that a student can request for ONLY ONE make-up lesson within the same month.

Lessons will start punctually. If the student comes late for lesson, please take note that the lesson will not be extended for the loss of time due to latecoming.

The parents of my students pay the monthly tuition fee by the first week of each month via PayNow or cash. Tuition fees will be pro-rated if the student registers and starts the lesson at any juncture of the month. All payment of fees is non-refundable.
